Introduction

These are the details of the business agreement between FUNNDING and the Client for the creation and development of websites, funnels, and landing pages. It is essential to fully understand these terms before proceeding with any hiring.

FUNNDING offers the following services:

    – Description: Creation of a landing page with up to 2 internal pages.
    – Includes: Hosting, domain, Elementor builder, and SSL security certificate.
    – Price: $197 USD
    – Additional Details:
    – Maximum of 7 content blocks.
    – Delivery in 7 business days.
    – WhatsApp redirection.

  • Single Page:
    – Description: Creation of a single page with up to 2 internal pages.
    – Includes: Hosting, domain, Elementor builder, and SSL security certificate.
    – Price: $267 USD
    – Additional Details:

General Conditions

  • Start of Delivery Time: Business days start counting from when the Client provides all necessary information for design, including personal information, project details, graphic and audiovisual content, social media links, among others.
  • Initial Payment: Full payment is required to start the project.
  • Additional Functionalities: Any extra request such as animations, videos, calendars, professional email, bilingual page, and SEO optimization, among others, involves additional costs.
  • Technical Support: Included as part of the purchase, along with plugin updates and general technical configurations.
  • Upgrade Options: It is possible to upgrade to a corporate page if required by the client, with additional cost, coordinating availability and timelines.
  • Renewal and Maintenance: Server renewal, maintenance, hosting updates, and domain will be the responsibility of the client, costing $97 USD per year.

No Refund Policy:

  • Services like Hosting, Domain, and software licenses are typically paid to third-party providers who do not allow refunds once activated.
  • Customizations or specific configurations tailored to the client’s needs are usually non-refundable due to their personalized nature.
  • Some digital products or software require specific licenses that cannot be transferred or refunded once activated for security and terms of service compliance reasons.
  • Payments and Receipts
  • Payment Method: We accept payments through PayPal, Zelle (US), Nequi (Colombia), Bizum (Spain), Binance, Zinli, Wise, and USDT for other countries.
  • Payment Receipt: We issue a detailed payment receipt for the agreed website payment and any additional functionality requested.
  • Modifications and Cancellations
  • Modifications: Change requests are subject to availability and additional costs.
  • Cancellations: Once the project has started, the initial payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the Client.

Acceptance and Commitment

By signing this agreement, the Client agrees to all terms and conditions set by FUNNDING. Any modification or additional request must be agreed upon in writing via email to info@funnding.com to ensure effective and transparent collaboration.

It is the Client’s responsibility to provide all necessary information promptly to avoid delays in project delivery. Failure to provide complete and accurate information may affect agreed delivery timelines.

Clarifications about the Website:

  1. The website does not receive customer messages. For this reason, we integrate various communication forms so that customers can contact the site owner via email, phone, WhatsApp, and forms.
  2. Unauthorized access to the web builder could compromise security, exposing it to risks such as cyberattacks or malware.
  3. Metrics and Analytics: We can install the Site Kit plugin to provide statistics on how users find and use your website, suggestions for improvement, and data from various Google tools. However, learning to use this tool to manage the data is the responsibility of the client.
  4. Traffic and New Customers: Attracting traffic to a website involves a combination of strategies including digital marketing, email marketing, paid advertising campaigns, frequent blog or news content, organic social media engagement, participation in online communities, SEO optimization, contests, and giveaways, among others.

Client Wants Full Control Over Their Website:

  1. Acquisition of New Hosting: The client must acquire new hosting services to transfer their current domain to the new hosting server.
  2. DNS Redirection: Subsequently, we proceed to redirect the DNS to the new server where the website will be hosted, ensuring that the domain points correctly to the new site location.
  3. Cloning of the Website: We clone the existing website to the new server or domain. This process ensures that all files, databases, and configurations are smoothly transferred to the new environment.
  4. Acquisition of Elementor Pro License and Other Plugins: Additionally, the client may require other previously installed plugins necessary for migration and proper operation of the site on the new server. It is essential to ensure that all functionalities operate correctly as on the previous server.
  5. Specialized Technical Support: It is important to have specialized technical personnel to make adjustments and proper optimizations to ensure optimal website operation.
